Entry Requirements

A Level

  • BCC in either arts or science subjects (excluding Critical Thinking and General Studies).

  • A Level Psychology is not required.

International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma

  • Minimum of 24 points overall.

STPM

  • Grades of BC + C+ (excluding Pengajian Am).

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)

  • 3 B3s and 2 B4s (excluding Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese Language).

Australian Year 12

  • ATAR of 78, with relevant subjects considered.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)

  • 75% average across 6 subjects.

Canadian Secondary School Diplomas (Other Provinces)

  • Accepted and assessed based on university requirements.

China (Gaokao and Senior High School Diploma)

  • 68% average in Gaokao (converted from 750 scale).

  • 70% overall in the Senior High School Diploma, including 80% in Mathematics and 70% in a science subject.

India (CBSE / CISCE - Class XII)

  • 75% average in the best four subjects, excluding local language, Environmental Education, General Studies, and Physical Education.

Advanced Placement (AP)

  • Minimum scores of 4, 3, 3 in relevant subjects.

Diploma (Local Institutions)

  • Entry to Year 2 assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Typically requires a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher and strong performance in relevant subjects.

Foundation (Local Institutions)

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 with good grades in relevant subjects.

  • Subject to School’s discretion.

Nottingham Foundation Programme

  • Successful completion with a minimum average of 50%.

Additional Requirement

  • Grade B in Mathematics and a credit in a science subject at SPM, GCSE, IGCSE, High School Diploma, or equivalent.

  • This may be waived if similar or higher-level qualifications have been achieved.

  • MUET results are valid for 5 years from the release date.

  • OSSD and CBSE/CISCE English results are only accepted with appropriate documentation of English as the medium of instruction.

  • Fast-track or credit-exempted qualifications are not accepted for English proficiency validation.
