Bachelor of Real Estate Management and Auction (Honours)
About
Students who complete their Bachelor of Real Estate Management and Auction (Honours) (BREMA) program will have a thorough understanding of real estate viewpoints. In order to practise as registered valuers, estate agents, property managers, developers, property investment advisors and auctioneers, students are taught the fundamentals of business, real estate and auction.
The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BoVAEAP) recognises this BREMA qualification. After graduating, students can apply to become registered valuers, registered estate agents, or registered property managers with the BoVAEAP and take a professional interview. The appropriate State Authorities may grant an auctioneer's licence in the interim.
Additionally, the curriculum is created to meet the standards of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, United Kingdom (RICS) and the Board of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).
