The HELP Bachelor of Laws (Hons) is a comprehensive Malaysian law degree that provides students with a strong foundation in legal principles and practice. Recognized by the Malaysian Legal Profession Qualifying Board, graduates are eligible to pursue the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) and further their studies in postgraduate law programmes at HELP’s ELM Graduate School.

Entry Requirements
- MUET Band 4
AND any of the following:
- A pass in STPM, with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.0) in any TWO (2) subjects; or any equivalent qualification; OR
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Jayyid (good)
- Any qualifications equivalent to Diploma (Level 4, MQF); or any equivalent qualification
- Matriculation/Foundation qualification with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 out of 4.0; or any equivalent qualification
All results must be obtained in ONE EXAMINATION SITTING as stipulated by the Malaysian Legal Profession Qualifying Board.
Additional Requirements:
- A credit in Bahasa Melayu at SPM is required for students intending to practise Law in Malaysia as required by the Malaysian Legal Profession Qualifying Board.
- For JPA recognition, students must have completed their CLP.
