In Year 1, you examine the molecular basis of disease and therapeutics, human physiology, pharmacy practice and organic chemistry for pharmacy. You look at infection and immunity and physicochemical science, as well as undertaking practice placements.

In Year 3, your studies will include clinical pharmacology, evidence-based practice, advanced pharmaceutical formulation and clinical pharmacy. Practice placements are likely to be within a hospital setting.

The final year includes a substantial research project, but remains very much clinically focused. Your studies will deal with treatment of infectious diseases, pharmaceutical public health and clinical pharmacy.
