Bachelor of Science (Hons) Statistical Computing and Decision Analytics

This programme equips students with a solid foundation in statistical methods and operations research, essential for quantitative analysis, modeling, and problem-solving in both scientific and business environments. In addition to technical expertise, students will develop managerial and computational skills, enabling them to efficiently optimize resources across service and manufacturing industries.

• STPM: Grade C in 2 subjects + Credit in Mathematics at SPM level / equivalent.
• A-Level: Grade D in 2 relevant subjects + Credit in Mathematics at SPM level / equivalent.
• UEC: Grade B in 5 relevant subjects including 1 UEC Mathematics subject OR Credit in Mathematics at SPM level / equivalent.
• SAM: ATAR 70 + Grade B in 2 relevant subjects including 1 SAM Mathematics OR Credit in Mathematics at SPM level / equivalent.
• CPU: 70% average in 2 relevant subjects and 4 other subjects including 1 CPU Mathematics subject OR Credit in Mathematics at SPM level / equivalent.
• IB Diploma:Minimum 24 points (excluding bonus points) + Credit in Mathematics at SPM level / equivalent.
• Foundation in Science, UTAR: Minimum CGPA of 2.00 + Credit in Mathematics at SPM level / equivalent.
• Foundation in Science from other Institutions: Minimum CGPA of 2.00 + Credit in Mathematics at SPM level / equivalent.
• Matriculation Certificate (Science Stream), Ministry of Education: Minimum CGPA of 2.50 + Credit in Mathematics at SPM level / equivalent.
• Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in relevant field: Minimum CGPA of 2.00.
• Other equivalent qualifications: Recognised by the Malaysian Government.
