Entry Requirements
ABB at A Level (or equivalent) and Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English Language.
IELTS 6.0 - with 5.5 in each component OR TOEFL IBT score of 80 - with at least 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking and 17 in writing
Curriculum
Level 1 is taught in the first year and introduces students to the basic theories, techniques and practices in accounting, as well as the global business environment in which organisations operate, the nature of these organisations and the management and development of the human resources.
Level 2 is taught in the first and second year and is structured around the development of key areas in the specialist core modules. In addition, students have the opportunity to select related option modules which focus on their particular area of interest.
Level 3 is taught in the second year and focuses on the latest developments in the theories and practices in financial accounting, management accounting and financial management, and critically examines the potential conflicts between theory and practice. Students also have the opportunity to select related option modules which focus on their particular area of interest.
Options modules: Students will be able to select from a range of options, with some possible options shown below. The options available at a particular time does, however, depend on student demand and overall student numbers.
