Year 1: Human biology; cells and biolmolecules 1; essentials of nutritional science; mathematics and statistics of experimentation; general psychology; sociology.
Year 2: Human physiology 2 and 3; either: brain behaviour and experience or the person in a social context; introduction to organisational psychology; either: gender issues in society or self and society; introduction to microbiology; the gene.
Year 3: Core modules: genetic manipulation and bioethics; either: researching the social world or research methods for psychology; 2 biology modules from: systematic and cellular pathology/human physiology in health and disease; nutrition and health; pharmacology of chemical mediators; clinical microbiology; 1 sociology module from: critical perspectives health and illness or understanding social policy in Britain; 1 psychology module from: personality and individual differences; human cognition; social psychology
