Homestay Information for Students

HOST FAMILIES:

• Coquitlam College host families go through a strict interviewing process. Host families are visited at their house and are constantly evaluated. Host families are checked for criminal records. We choose families who are warm, friendly and enjoy cultural exchanges.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Private furnished bedrooms with shared laundry and bath facilities.
• Three meals a day including a school lunch.
• Convenient location close to a bus route.
• Travel time to Coquitlam College maximum 30 minutes.
• Maximum of two students per family.
